this group of fabulous ladies went from being strangers to developing heart connections that will last a lifetime
the beautiful bastide avellanne in besse sur issole,Provence France was our gracious host.
we explored Vineyards and little towns
we dined on farm to table gourmet meals, drank local wine and ate bREAD like It was going out of style
we practiced different types of yoga twice a day
SPA DAY WAS FANTASTIC
we played at the beach on Porquerolles island
paddled through the MAGNIFICENT Gorges Du Verdon
and spent many hours just being!
retreats create space to find yourself and explore new people and cultures. we are forever changed by each new person and location.
