7 Day Island Yoga Retreat with Hanan & Heather
Was July 1-8th, 2023 in Paros, Greece
What a wonderful time we had as we took our yoga off the mat and explored Paros, one of the Cyclade islands of Greece. 0ur home base was the lovely Aliki Panorama Hotel run by Oona and Peter.
our group was made up of mothers & daughters, sisters, spouses, old friends and a bunch of new friends and while we came from different backgrounds; we all found unity in the love of paros. Bonds were deepened and new ones were cultivated as We laughed, cried, rested, explored, Yoga-Ed, sweated, ate a lot, encouraged, danced, swam, hiked and painted.
words simply cannot capture the heart connections that traveling together creates.
We became the Selah in the Sun family and our hearts are full!!
Impromptu retreat moments are the best —
