Have you wanted to explore Devil’s Bridge, lower antelope canyon and just more of the high desert? ….well this is the retreat for you. everything has been planned and all you have to do is say yes and show up.

Bring a friend and share the experience or make a new one and enjoy hiking, yoga, great food and lots of laughs.

there are no expectations for your yoga or hiking practice and all levels are welcome. come with an open heart and be prepared to have an amazing time as you adventure with like minded lovers of nature, yoga and food.

We will caravan together on April 25th and stop to hike devil’s Bridge in Sedona and then have a picnic lunch. continuing our caravan to page, arizona where we will settle into this beautiful 6 bedroom 5 bath home with stunning views for the REMAINDER of the Retreat

**We will hike Devil’s Bridge in Sedona**

By submitting this registration you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participant understands that Hanan Palz Yoga, Inc. (“Facilitator”) is leading a Yoga Retreat in Page, Arizona from April 25-29th, 2024 (“Retreat”). Participant acknowledges that there are inherent risks involved in traveling to Page as well as in practicing yoga. Traveling may include but is not limited to transportation by air, bus, train, taxi and boat, etc. Participation in yoga classes includes, but is not limited to, meditation, yogic breathing, and performing various yoga postures. Yoga postures, or asanas, are designed to exercise every part of the body―stretching and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and the entire skeletal system. As is the case with any form of travel as well as physical activity, the risk of loss and injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. I understand that there are no medical conditions that prohibit my traveling or participating in the Retreat. I acknowledge that Facilitator is not responsible for weather delays, transportation issues, or any problems that may arise at the Retreat and that all monies paid are nonrefundable after January 15, 2024. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to travel and practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Facilitator. I acknowledge that participation in the Retreat may expose me to a possible risk of personal injury or monetary loss. I am fully aware of this risk and hereby release Facilitator from all liability, negligence or other claims arising from or in any way connected with my participation in the Retreat. I further acknowledge that I shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against Facilitator; and that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors and my assigns. I acknowledge that I am physically fit to participate in the Retreat and a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition for participation. If I am pregnant or become pregnant or am post-natal, I acknowledge that I am participating in the Retreat with my doctor’s full approval and at my own risk. Upon receipt of the completed booking form together with the proof of payment of the refundable $100 deposit, Participant’s reservation will be held until the balance of the Retreat fee is due and becomes non-refundable on January 15, 2024. All travel arrangements remain the responsibility of the participant, and should be made at your own cost. Changes to the schedule might occasionally occur. This would include a change of yoga instructors and any other arrangements. Even though changes are usually minor and participants will be advised at the earliest possible date, we reserve the right to do so at any time. Facilitator reserves the right to cancel the Retreat in which case a full refund will be given of all monies paid. Signature
